2. Account Usage

  • When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (e.g., name, phone number, delivery address).
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and shall bear all risks of unauthorized use of your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect account compromise.

3. Product Information & Orders

  • We strive to ensure product descriptions, prices, and images on the Website are accurate, but minor discrepancies (e.g., color variations due to screen settings) may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information without prior notice.
  • When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm order acceptance via email/SMS within 24 hours; an order is only binding once accepted. We may reject orders due to out-of-stock items, incorrect pricing, or invalid delivery addresses.

4. Payment Terms (Cash on Delivery Only)

  • Only Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) is our exclusive payment method. No debit/credit cards, digital wallets, or other payment forms are accepted.
  • Payment Timing: You must pay the full order amount in cash to the delivery driver at the time of receiving your goods.
  • Change Policy: Delivery drivers will provide change for amounts exceeding the order total, but we recommend preparing the exact amount to avoid delays.
  • Refusal of Payment: If you refuse to pay for a delivered order without a valid reason (e.g., damaged goods, wrong items), you will be charged a $10 return fee, which will be deducted from any future refunds or added to your next order.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Scope: We deliver to specified regions; check the "Delivery Area" page on the Website for details. Orders to non-service areas will be canceled.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after order confirmation. Delays due to weather, traffic, or public holidays may occur and will be notified to you promptly.
  • Receipt Inspection: You must inspect the goods (quantity, condition, model) at the time of delivery. If goods are damaged, missing, or incorrect, notify the driver and our customer service within 2 hours; failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of the goods.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Return Conditions: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if: (1) goods are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging; (2) goods have quality defects (e.g., stitching errors, fabric damage) not caused by improper use.
  • Return Process: Contact customer service with your order ID and photos of the goods to obtain a return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs; we will inspect returned goods within 3 business days of receipt.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued via cash (delivered by our staff) or bank transfer (provide your bank details); refunds take 5-7 business days to process.

9. Termination

  • We may terminate your account or suspend your access to the Website if you violate this Agreement (e.g., providing false information, fraudulent order placement).
  • You may terminate this Agreement by deleting your account and ceasing to use the Website.
